This is a day worth celebrating. As you can see above, after fifteen months of obstruction, the sidewalk and parking spaces in front of Magee House are finally open.
A Community Meeting has been organized by Coun. Jeff Leiper’s office to discuss the development that is being proposed at 27 O’Meara.
Today, demolition work is set to begin at the development site at 27 O’Meara, and I feel it’s important to let residents know how we’ve arrived at this point, and why I consider that the developer in question has engaged in what I would describe as a gross abuse of process.
