Come out to our rally at 8am on July 24th at Wellington W. at Rosemount. It’s one of the few options we have as residents to engage stakeholders and push for a timely resolution of the Magee House closures. Earlier this year we (the HCA) sought a legal opinion.
Everyone who lives, works or plays in Hintonburg has been patient with the sidewalk closure in front of Magee House on Wellington and Rosemount. But enough is enough, the sidewalk will have been blocked for an entire year on July 24th. We are holding a rally to express our frustration.

On June 26th, in the front of 1140 Wellington St. W, the ribbon was cut to officially open “Hintonburg Green” – a terrific space for public use that is privately owned. Such open green space is very much welcome in rapidly intensifying Hintonburg.
