Guidance For Urban Trees

Urban trees are on the minds of many residents. What can we do to combat the loss of green canopy now occurring in the core of the city and help maintain existing green assets?

If you have a tree on your property that needs trimming you many need to call an arborist. If the tree is on City-owned property, such as the front or side of a residential lot, the City is responsible to prune the tree. You can put in an on-line request for pruning here:
