Recent Hate-Motivated Incident in Hintonburg
As you may have heard, Ottawa Police, assisted by the Hate Bias Crime Unit have charged a woman following an October 6th assault that occurred on Hinton North near Armstrong Avenue. The person charged grabbed and then pulled off the hijab of a woman walking by and then ran away.
