The Parkdale United Church Orchestra and guest conductor John Kraus present ‘Parkdale Proms” on Saturday, February 22nd at 7:30 p.m.
Join them for a journey through centuries of British music, from Handel to Walton featuring a performance of Williams’ The Lark Ascending with soloist Adam Nelson.
As well, Jeremiah Clarke’s The Prince of Denmark with soloist Anne Shea will be performed.
A reception will follow the concert. Tickets are available in advance from Rob’s Music, orchestra members or at parkdaleorchestra.ca for $15 adults, $10 for seniors and students. Children are free. Tickets at the door are $20
