The Hintonburg and Wellington Village Community Associations met with Minister McKenna and Councillor Leiper today regarding green space.
The meeting was held to ask for support to create more green space in our neighbourhoods, especially in Wellington Village north of Wellington St. W where there is currently none.
Green space will become ever more necessary as the area continues to intensify in density and more folks work from home.
We will continue to explore the issue, working along with our colleagues in Wellington Village.
