The Hintonburg Community Association, together with Bell and the Wellington West Business Improvement Association, is excited to honour Black History Month with the launch of our latest public art grant project, “Racism is a Pandemic Too”.
Artists are requested to submit ideas to create visual arts projects to cover four Bell boxes in our neighborhood on the theme, “Racism is a Pandemic Too.” An $800 honorarium will be provided to the selected artists. The cost of supplies will also be covered, up to $500.

Submissions will be accepted over the year with the winning selections announced as they are approved.
