Congratulations to all the finishers of the Hintonburg 5K and 1K Fun Run! We hope everyone enjoyed the beautiful weather, the on-course support, and the yummy CAKE at the finish line!
Races like these cannot take place safely without all the support and help of an amazing community. We are grateful to the Ottawa Police Service for volunteering their time, and for the 75+ volunteers, course marshals, and supporters for giving their time and energy to making this event a big success!
Through your generous donations to the 1K Fun Run, we raised just under $400 to put towards free youth programming in the community throughout the year. We would also like to give a special shout out to Zackery Liberty who ran the 5k and fundraised for the event.
