All Hintonburg residents are invited to attend the HCA Annual General Meeting on September 25th at the Hintonburg Community Centre (1064 Wellington). Doors open at 630pm and the meeting starts promptly at 7pm.
Want to vote? You’ll need to have paid your membership dues at or before the AGM. Become a member here! If you think you may have purchased a multi-year membership in the past and aren’t sure if you’re currently paid up, email info@hintonburg.com (subject line: Am I an HCA member?). We’ll let you know.

Want to listen in via Zoom? As an alternative to attending in person, you can listen into the meeting via zoom. No online voting is possible and we can’t guarantee that there will be great audio as we’ll be running the meeting off one computer. However, we’ll do our best!
