HCA Annual General Meeting – September 21, 2023!

Time: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Doors open at 6:30pm
Location: In person at the Hintonburg Community Centre. There is the option to watch the meeting online via Zoom (see below!)

Please join us at our Annual General Meeting.  Learn what we’ve done over the last year and what we plan to do next year through reports from our President, Treasurer and Committee Chairs. The reports are followed by election of the Board of Directors and then an open forum.

Everyone is welcome to attend!

Membership must be paid up ahead of the meeting in order to vote. Join OR renew now for $5/yr or$20/5yrs.

Pre-registration is required if you plan on watching online.
Register for online zoom viewing here. Online viewers cannot vote due to technical complexities.
Note: You do not need to register for the in-person meeting. Just show up.
