Further to our recent posting on Ward Boundary Review 2020, Ottawa City Council directed the consulting firm conducting the review to develop a 6th option for consideration.
The HCA’s Board of Directors is reviewing the new option and will participate in a second round of consultations being held by the consultant mid-September. At first brush, option #6 looks to be the best outcome for Hintonburg as it keeps Hintonburg whole within Kitchissippi along with our traditional partner organizations in Mechanicsville, Wellington Village and Civic Hospital. We will be publishing our position in the very near future.
