Consultations are ongoing this week and next regarding the City’s Parks and Recreation master plan. The plan outlines how parks and recreation centres will be planned for the next few decades throughout different parts of the city. Thus, it’s great for the city to hear from inner city neighbourhoods like ours. Here are the details if you’d like participate.

Get Involved and have you say – the City of Ottawa wants to hear your feedback on its draft report document for the City’s first-ever combined Parks and Recreation Facilities Master Plan (PRFMP), in support of the new Official Plan (OP).
Visit Engage Ottawa to see the preliminary recommendations and provide your feedback between now and June 17, 2021, by completing a survey or by attending one of four on-line sessions.

Note: The June 8 and 14 session will be co-hosted by Ottawa Sport Council and will focus on sports fields and the wide range of outdoor and indoor sports courts and amenities and the needs of sport clubs and organizations.
