3. HCA Virtual Community Night – January 7th!
The Hintonburg Community Association Board invites you to join us over Zoom for an informal evening of mingling. With COVID-19 cancelling all of our traditional in-person events, we wanted to provide an opportunity for you to get to know us better, meet some of your neighbours, and just hang out.

We will begin the event with an interactive large group activity, and then split off into breakout rooms for smaller  informal discussions about whatever we want!

The event will take place on Thursday January 7 starting at 7pm.
Pre-registration is required to receive the zoom link. Click here to sign up.

All are welcome, so please spread the word to your neighbours.
We look forward to seeing you there!

4. Do you care about sidewalks being clear in the winter?

Your few hours of help this winter can make a huge difference!

The HCA is supporting the Council on Aging in their Snow Mole Program (Jan 4 – Mar 30, 2021).  Snow Moles are volunteers who report on what it’s like to walk outside on a winter day in Ottawa. The information they gather will be used by the Council on Aging of Ottawa (COA) to inform the City and others of ways that winter walkability can and should be improved.

Anyone can be a snow mole. If you are interested, contact us at info@hintonburg.com and put “Snow Mole” in the subject heading.
