The 2018 Hintonburg Artisan Christmas Craft Fair will be held all day Saturday November 24.
Handcrafted items only: The Hintonburg Artisan Craft Fair is, first and foremost, a showcase for local area artisans. Additionally, a small number of spaces will be available to vendors of handcrafted fair-trade items. We ask that sales reps of commercially-made products not register.
Cost and setup: Spaces are $60 each. 1 folding table and 2 chairs are provided per rented space. Set up is from 8am on Saturday morning.
Registration and Payment: Payment is to be made on this registration site using a credit card. Once registration and payment are complete on this site you will receive a confirmation email with receipt.
Table Space: Each space comes with a standard 3’ X 6’ table and 2 chairs. There will be some space between tables if you have other displays, but please let us know about this. There is no access for shoppers to get ‘behind’ tables, and the aisles need to remain clear – so please keep this in mind. If you have large displays or items, please think about renting “two tables” and asking us to leave one of the spaces empty.
Electricity, display and other requests: Please indicate on your registration if you want electricity or have any other requests. We will do our best to accommodate all requests but please keep in mind that access to electricity is limited and will be assigned on a first come registration basis; please bring an extension cord.
Donations: Every year the Community Association holds a raffle of donated items, both from businesses in our community as well as from artisans. We would be most grateful if you would consider donating an item.
Parking: There is parking available in and around the neighborhood. We need to keep the parking at the community centre available for the customers.
Promotion: We will be promoting this event in local papers and social media. The Community Association will be putting up posters as the date gets closer. We can send you a flyer later as well, to print out, take to work, forward to your family and friends or upload to the Internet for social media.
Cancellation: If for any reason you find yourself unable to attend after you have paid, please let us know as soon as possible.If we have a waiting list and if we can fill the space we can issue a refund.
