In March 2018, the Hintonburg Community Association (HCA) agreed that the Ottawa
Biosphere Eco-City (OBEC) would develop a sustainability plan for the Hintonburg
Community.
Community members participated in facilitated discussions in late April. The issues and projects they identified provided the basis for the plan.
The sustainability plan was shown to the community at ArtsPark on June 2nd.
The next steps are up to all of us. Projects need not be big or complex, it’s the cumulative effort that matters.
