Hintonburg abuts the Lebreton Flats on its north-east corner. Re-development of the flats will have a significant impact upon our neighbourhood. The HCA is a member of the Lebreton Flats Community Benefits Coaliton.
The coalition is advocating for the establishment of a Community Benefits Agreement as the best and most accountable way to maximize social and economic benefits from future development on the Flats.
