There will be an open house to look at the proposed three-storey, 16-unit low-rise apartment building on January 15 from 6-8 pm, to be held at the Hintonburg Community Centre (1064 Wellington Street West). The site is zoned currently for a building of roughly this size, but the proponent fails to meet the zoning standards for minimum rear lot depth, and a re-zoning would permit the number of units to rise from four to 16.
