A Site Plan Control application has been submitted to the City of Ottawa for a development at 99-103 Pinhey Street, on the southeast corner of Armstrong Street and Pinhey Street. The proposed development would be a 24-unit, four-storey apartment building with underground parking. Seven parking spaces and 12 bike parking spaces are being proposed as part of this development.
